Taiwan Textile Research and Development Association International (TRDAI) was founded in 1999, and thanks to the advanced leaderships of the many chairmen who came before me and definitely pointed out that the market of sports, leisure and outdoor is an extremely important orientation. In 2013, TRDAI formed Taiwan Outdoor Group (TOG) in order to approach the global lifestyle outdoor market. TOG has been able to provide a platform for its members to share information and to build on relationships for promoting business opportunities through the seminar and group activities. TOG AWARD was held in 2016. It aims to encourage companies and designers to be innovative and bring out the best in outdoor industry, and Taiwan Outdoor Show helps to give a display platform for Taiwan domestic companies to promote their outstanding products selected by TOG AWARD.

Although the recent economic situation has been affected by the COVID-19, TRDAI still hopes to expand the international relations with the concept of R & D and cooperation. After the epidemic recession, I hope to expand international exchanges and marketing Taiwan to the world. In addition, I also hope that the industry will continue to keep going on experience transmission. I sincerely welcome you to join us and be a part in creating a brand new future of textile intustry.
